Explore hidden beaches and protected natural areas near Caleta de Adeje on a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) trip. Discover secret corners while snorkelling in crystal clear waters. Ideal for those who are looking for adventure and connection with nature in Tenerife.

The activity is divided into 3 stages:

First, the team will provide you with the paddle board, life jacket and paddle, as well as an explanation of the places you will visit. You will learn the safety rules and the basic notions necessary for the practice of paddle surfing, which you will practice in the water before the route. Once you have acquired the basic knowledge, the adventure begins, exploring the most beautiful landscapes of the south of Tenerife. To make the most of the experience, you will have snorkelling equipment at your disposal to explore the marine landscape of these volcanic coves.

The route of the trip will depend on the level of the group.

• Basic: Ideal for beginners, this tour focuses on teaching and practising basic snorkelling techniques. It includes a trip to the nearby beach of Los Morteros.
• Intermediate: For those with previous SUP experience. Offers a moderate challenge including visits to Los Morteros and the next beach, Diego Hernandez.
• Advanced: Intended for participants with advanced SUP skills, this is the most challenging tour. It includes a visit to Puertito de Adeje, a picturesque fishing village on the south coast of Tenerife.
